TargetNotAvailableException Exception

Exception occurred in og. root: com.ibm.websphere.objectgrid.TargetNotAvailableException: cannot find an available target for ObjectGrid=""

As the name implies this exception occurs if the compiler is not able to connect to the XD/Object Grid Instance make sure the url given is correct and the server is running if it is run on a different machine.
